How is Copilot different from the AI Claimory already has?

The AI tools you already see (Claim Audits, the chat drawer, draft buttons) are things you pull when you want help. Copilot is the same engine running automatically as work comes in, so you do not have to remember to ask. Every external send still needs your approval.

What if Copilot drafts something wrong?

Drafts sit in your inbox as drafts. They never send autonomously. You read each one before approving. Reject it and the rejection trains the next draft.

Will it break my CCC ONE or Mitchell workflow?

No. Copilot reads from your existing claim file. Your estimator still uses CCC or Mitchell exactly the way they do today.

How much does Copilot cost?

Copilot is $29 per month per location for Starter and Professional plans. Included free on Elite and Enterprise plans. Annual billing saves 20% ($23/mo equivalent, $276/yr per location). Can I turn off the parts I do not want?
