Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: September 25, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Claimory is committed to making the Service usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation, and voice control. We treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain the product, not as a one-time project.
2. Conformance Target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the target we design and test against. This statement covers the Claimory web application at claimory.io. Our Capacitor-based iOS and Android apps share much of the same interface and are being progressively reviewed against the same target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we cannot guarantee that every page or feature meets every success criterion at all times, and we have not been independently certified as conformant. We work to identify and resolve accessibility issues as part of our regular development and review process.
3. What We Do
- Build with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure so assistive technologies can navigate the page
- Work to support keyboard navigation for interactive elements and provide visible focus indicators
- Work to provide text alternatives for meaningful images and label form fields and controls
- Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and its background
- Review accessibility when we add or change customer-facing features
4. Known Limitations
Some parts of the Service may not yet fully meet our WCAG 2.1 Level AA target, and some content provided by third parties or uploaded by users (for example, scanned documents or photos) may not be fully accessible. We address known issues on an ongoing basis and prioritize fixes that affect core workflows. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us using the contact details below.
5. Reporting a Barrier
If you experience any difficulty accessing part of the Service, or if you need information provided in a different format, contact us at info@claimory.io. Please include the page or feature involved, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you are using, if applicable. You can also reach our support team at info@claimory.io or through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge accessibility barrier reports within 5 business days, work with you on an accessible alternative where needed, and prioritize fixes for barriers that affect core workflows.
6. Ongoing Improvement
We will continue to review and improve the accessibility of the Service over time and will update this statement as our practices evolve. This statement reflects our current approach as of the last reviewed date above.
