    Last updated: May 18, 2026

    Effective date: May 18, 2026

Claimory respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Claimory platform (the "Service") to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), Claimory will respond to proper notices of alleged copyright infringement that meet the requirements set forth below.

This page summarizes how to submit a DMCA notification, a counter-notification, and how Claimory handles repeat infringers. The full legal terms are also included in Section 20 of the Terms of Service.

    1. Designated DMCA Agent

Send written DMCA notifications to Claimory's designated copyright agent at:

    Claimory LLC - DMCA Agent

    Los Angeles, California, United States

    Email: info@claimory.io

    Subject line: DMCA Notice

Please include "DMCA Notice" in the email subject line to ensure prompt routing.

    2. How to Submit a DMCA Notification

If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, please send our designated agent a written notification that contains ALL of the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A)):

    • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
    • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
    • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, with information reasonably sufficient to permit Claimory to locate the material (for example, a direct URL or workspace identifier).
    • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Claimory to contact the complaining party, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
    • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
    • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Note: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please consult an attorney if you are unsure whether material is actually infringing before submitting a notification.

    3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization to post and use the material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or under the law, you may send a written counter-notification to info@claimory.io that includes (17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

    • Your physical or electronic signature.
    • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
    • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Claimory may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

On receipt of a valid counter-notification, Claimory may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA.

    4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Claimory will terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
