Claimory terms of service, in plain English

What you are agreeing to when you use Claimory. Written for shop owners, not lawyers. The full legal terms are on this page. Here is what matters most for day-to-day use. Last updated April 6, 2026.

Subscription and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves two months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until the period ends and are not charged again. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate to the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Claimory processes payments through Stripe. For billing questions email support@claimory.io.

Data ownership

The shop owns its data. Every claim record, supplement, customer file, photo, adjuster email, and financial record you create in Claimory belongs to your shop. Claimory does not sell your data or use it for advertising. Claimory may use anonymized, aggregated data for product analytics (for example, average supplement counts by claim volume band), but no individual shop, claim, or customer is identifiable in that data.

Acceptable use

Claimory is built for collision repair shops, MSOs, and related businesses that handle insurance claims. Using Claimory for businesses outside this category (general auto repair, dealership service, mechanical shops without collision work) is outside the designed use case and may result in a support request to confirm fit. Prohibited uses include: scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, storing data unrelated to vehicle repair, and any activity that violates applicable law.

No SLA on Starter

The Starter plan at $49 per month includes best-effort support and uptime. Claimory targets 99.9 percent uptime across all plans, but the Starter plan carries no contractual SLA. Professional plans include 24-hour support response. Elite plans include 8-hour response and phone support. Enterprise plans include a dedicated customer success manager and a contractual SLA.

Five supporting pillars

  • Subscription terms: monthly or annual billing, cancel any time, no long-term contracts. Starter at $49, Professional at $129, Elite at $349, Enterprise custom.
  • Your data is yours: the shop owns every claim record, photo, supplement, and customer file created in Claimory. Claimory is the platform, not the owner.
  • Export on cancel: 30 days to export everything as CSV or PDF after cancellation. After 30 days the data is queued for deletion.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

You have 30 days to export your claims, supplements, customer records, photos, and financials as CSV or PDF. Export is self-serve from Settings. After 30 days the data is queued for permanent deletion.

Does Claimory offer refunds?

Claimory does not offer refunds on completed billing periods. If there is a billing error or a charge you do not recognize, email support@claimory.io and the team will resolve it within one business day.

Can I use Claimory for a general auto repair shop?

Claimory is built for collision repair and insurance claims. General auto repair shops without insurance claim volume will find the feature set misaligned with their workflow. The 14-day free trial is the best way to evaluate fit.
