What is new in Claimory

Claimory ships every week. New features, improvements, and bug fixes go out continuously. This page tracks what has changed, what is coming next, and how to stay current as the product grows. Building since July 2025.

Latest highlights (early June 2026)

Claimory AI now reads the full estimate, every page and line item, not just the cover, so questions like what's on this estimate or what did they miss get answered from the whole document. Drag and drop a file straight onto the Claimory AI drawer to attach it and ask about it on the spot. Copied AI text now pastes as clean plain text instead of one broken blue link, and AI email drafts paste cleanly too. A complete email inbox is now built into Claimory: attachments, reply-all and forward, drafts, saved signatures, scheduled send with undo send, and mobile support, with the inbox staying fresh in the background. Email is claim-native: link an email to its claim, get an AI thread summary and a suggested next step, create a claim straight from an email, view the inbox by claim, and see an email count badge on the claim's Emails tab. Email rules, AI smart replies, a response timer, and per-carrier folders cut down inbox shuffling. AI email drafts no longer time out, the body fills into compose, the writing is tighter, and the claim line is omitted when no claim is attached. A false reconnect-your-email warning on healthy connected mailboxes is fixed. Uploading an estimate now autofills the new-claim wizard instantly. Customer notifications (in-app and email) with on-off toggles keep customers updated automatically, the customer notification bell is fixed, a shop photo gallery builds trust, and customer accounts are ready from signup. In-portal payments are rolling out shop by shop: prefill a deductible or invoice in one tap and let customers pay from their portal with an emailed receipt. Mobile pop-ups now fit the screen and the weekly recap's dismiss button always stays tappable.

Earlier highlights (spring 2026)

AI Drawer refresh: new starter prompts, full-screen on mobile, dark-mode support, and a smarter robot icon. Claimory AI greets users by first name and uses it in adjuster email drafts. Claim Audits renamed from AI Reviews: clearer language that reads better when presenting findings to adjusters. AI Controls in Settings: for every AI tool, pick run on its own, ask me first, or off. One screen, your call. Claimory AI rebuilt with 11 specialists: estimator, advocate, researcher, vision, communications, compliance, strategist, and more. Faster answers, sharper findings. Voice input in the AI drawer: press and hold to talk, release to send, transcript editable before sending.

How to stay current

The changelog is inside the app at the sparkles icon next to the bell. Every Monday, a weekly recap email goes out to active plans summarizing what shipped. The /whats-new page is the public-facing version, updated after each major release. For unreleased features in progress, the founder posts occasional previews at support@claimory.io.

How to request a feature

Email support@claimory.io with the subject line Feature Request. Describe the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature you want. The founder reads every request and responds to the ones where the shop's use case is clear. The highest-leverage requests are ones that touch supplement tracking, cycle time visibility, or adjuster communication, because those are where Claimory makes shops the most money.

Versioning and release cadence

Claimory does not use version numbers in the traditional sense. Features ship when they are ready and are announced in the in-app changelog and weekly email. Breaking changes are announced at least two weeks in advance. Data exports and API shape changes go through a 30-day deprecation period with a migration guide.

Five supporting pillars

  • Newest this period: a full email inbox built into Claimory, claim-native email with AI thread summaries, Claimory AI reading the entire estimate, drag-and-drop file attach on the AI drawer, automatic customer notifications, and in-portal customer payments rolling out shop by shop.
  • Submit a feature request from inside the app or email support@claimory.io with the subject line Feature Request. The founder reads every one.

Common questions

How often does Claimory ship new features?

Every week. Multiple improvements and at least one new feature per week, plus bug fixes. Major releases are announced in the in-app changelog and in the Monday weekly recap email.

How do I see what changed this week?

Tap the sparkles icon next to the notification bell at the top of any page. The weekly changelog pop-up shows the top changes from the past week. You can also re-open it any time if you missed it.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Email support@claimory.io with the subject Feature Request and describe the problem you are trying to solve. The founder reads every request and prioritizes the ones that affect supplement tracking, cycle time, or adjuster communication, since those have the highest shop revenue impact.

Will my existing data be affected by updates?

No. Updates do not touch existing claim data. Breaking changes are announced at least two weeks in advance. If your export format or API shape changes, a 30-day migration period and a migration guide are provided.
