Claimory AI is the assistant built into Claimory, the collision shop management platform. It is not a chatbot that only talks. It answers questions about your shop and takes action for you across the whole app: building estimates, drafting supplements, running claim audits, logging payments, messaging customers, and more. Every action is approve-first, nothing happens until the shop taps Approve and Run. Included on every paid Claimory plan.
The shop opens the Claimory AI drawer from anywhere in the app and types a request in plain English. Claimory AI either answers, or it proposes one or more action cards. Each card shows a plain summary of exactly what it will do and a preview of the record it will create or change. The user taps Approve and Run on the cards they want; everything else is ignored. The assistant then runs the action, confirms what it did, and links straight to the result. Because it knows the page the user is on, phrases like this claim, the cash job I am on, and most recent resolve to the right record.
Claims: create a claim, update details, change status, set priority, close or deliver, archive or unarchive, start an intake, update carrier info, and search claims. Cash jobs and estimates: open a cash job, add edit delete and reorder estimate line items, save a version, generate the branded PDF, and send the estimate to the customer. Supplements: draft a supplement with its line items in one step, and mark a supplement approved or denied with the amount. Tasks and calendar: create update complete snooze or delete a task, and add a calendar event. Payments: log a payment or a check received. Customer communication: text a customer or send an email when an account is connected. Inventory and parts: add items, adjust stock, and create a parts order. Loaners and towing: assign or return a loaner, add a vehicle to the fleet, and schedule a tow. AI power tools: run an AI Claim Audit, analyze damage photos, and parse a document or carrier estimate. Owners and managers can also update workspace settings, labor rates, and tax rate, invite a team member, add a vendor, and create a total-loss record.
Start of the day, ask what needs your attention or to see claims waiting on insurance. Working a claim, ask it to run an audit, draft a supplement for a missed operation, add a note, or text the customer an update. Admin and money, log a payment or check, invite a team member, schedule a tow, or order parts. End of the day, mark a claim delivered or ask what the shop completed this week. The skill is simply telling it what you want, glancing at what it plans to do, and approving.
Claimory AI is approve-first on every action, so nothing is sent or changed without the user tapping Approve and Run. It runs with the signed-in user's login and permissions and can only see that one shop's data, never another shop's. Every action it runs is logged for a clear trail. If an action ever fails, a Send to devs button reports exactly what happened. Owner and manager only actions, such as payments, labor rates, and workspace settings, are role-gated, and the assistant tells the user plainly when their role cannot run something.
No. It only proposes actions as cards. Nothing happens until the user taps Approve and Run, so the shop is always in control.
Yes, after the user approves, as long as an email account is connected and verified or messaging is set up.
It can build estimates, draft and approve supplements, run AI Claim Audits, create and edit claims, log payments, create tasks, schedule tows, manage loaners and parts, message customers, and invite team members, all approve-first.
Yes. Claimory AI chat is included and unlimited on every paid plan. Claim Audit credits are shown in the drawer so there is no surprise bill.
It runs as the signed-in user, sees only that shop's data, and logs every action it takes. It cannot reach another shop's data.
