AI settings put you in control of Claimory AI: how aggressive its suggestions are, whether actions need approval, and a master switch to turn it all off. Available on Professional and up.
Go to Settings, then the AI section (Claim Audit behavior and AI safety). At the top is the master switch, a kill switch that turns all AI on or off for the workspace.
Set recommendation aggressiveness (Conservative, Balanced, or Aggressive). Turn on Draft Only Mode so every AI action requires your approval, and decide whether to enable one-click AI actions.
Enable learning so the AI tunes to your shop's outcomes over time, and set minimum photo requirements per damage area so audits have what they need.
Every AI action is logged with who, when, and the before-and-after. The audit trail means you can always see exactly what the AI did and undo it.
Yes. The master switch disables all AI for the workspace. You can re-enable it anytime.
With Draft Only Mode on, no. Even without it, anything that leaves the shop is drafted for your review. The default posture is human-in-the-loop.
