The estimator portal is a separate, mobile-first workspace for independent or freelance estimators who work with shops on Claimory. It is its own login, not a shop-staff seat.
Estimators sign up and log in at their own portal. Shops send assignment invites, which appear under Invites for the estimator to accept.
For each accepted assignment, the estimator opens a claim workspace with the claim overview, a file manager for photos and estimate files, and a damage map.
Assemble an estimate package with files and notes, then generate a share link or export it back to the shop. Update the assignment status as the work progresses.
The estimator portal has its own dashboard, calendar, and analytics, including per-estimator performance, so independent estimators can see their own throughput.
