All payment processing runs through Stripe. Credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer are accepted. Claimory never stores full card numbers. Payment methods are tokenized and encrypted. Itemized invoices go out by email each billing cycle. Workspace Admins can view subscription details, payment history, and download invoices from any device. Sensitive billing changes are restricted to desktop for security. Stripe webhook events are deduplicated so retries never double-charge.
Claimory does not lock you in. Cancel at any time from the billing settings. Your claim records, supplement history, financials, photos, and documents are yours. Export to CSV or PDF before you go. On cancellation, the export runs. Nothing is deleted until you confirm. For multi-location shops, each location is billed separately so adding or removing a location does not affect the others.
Each location is a separate workspace subscription. Adding a second shop is a second location plan. Enterprise bundles locations with volume pricing and centralized billing under one contract. Each workspace is workspace-isolated so one location's data never mixes with another.
Stripe retries failed payments automatically on a standard schedule. Workspace Admins get an email alert on the first failure. If the card cannot be charged after retries, the workspace enters a grace period before access is restricted. Update the payment method in billing settings to resume immediately.
Yes. Enterprise plans support consolidated billing across locations under one contract. Professional and Elite shops have per-workspace invoices. Contact sales if you run multiple locations and need consolidated billing before upgrading to Enterprise.
